Sophie and I became firm friends when we were teenagers as we attended the same secondary school. I will always remember being at your house watching ‘Supernanny’ and scoffing at the badly behaved children, exclaiming that if I ever had children of my own, they would be perfectly behaved and not like those on the show..…(!) I will also remember Jayne saying to me I had no idea what was in-store and telling me ‘just you wait’. Well of course she was right and my horizons have certainly been broadened since having children of my own now. In later years, Jayne very kindly used to send me knitted items regularly for my children which were always very gratefully received. We are all so shocked and saddened by your sudden departure. Taken too soon.

Remembering you always with love, Jayne, and thankful for all the happy memories of fun, laughter and tea-towels at Washford, when we were all young together.. You should never have been the first of us to pass. Angey xxxx
